Our Mission:
To lead the way in the worldwide value
recycling of handheld electronic devices.
Our company values are communication, value recycling, sustainability and respect for all.
After much delay the WEEE Directive was transposed into UK law on January 2nd 2007. As of July 1st 2007 the objective of this new legislation is to address the environmental impacts of electrical and electronic equipment when it reaches the end of its life and to encourage best possible practice for the reuse, recovery and recycling in an environmentally sound manner. The WEEE Regulations have a number of implications for producers and distributors of Electronic Electrical Equipment. Eazyfone operate as Approved Authorised Treatment Facility (AATF) and Designated Collection Facility (DCF) with the aim of recovering mobile phones and WEEE for recycling and reuse.
WEEETech is our web based .NET 2.0 multi use data management system. It is simple to customise, easy to maintain, and allows customers to log into their accounts for user information and to track data. It operates in real time to ensure up to date accurate information, and a variety of reports are available from anywhere in the world via the internet.
WEEETech also ensures that phones are tracked from the moment they recovered to the moment they are shipped for reuse or recycling. This allows us to report accurately on the progress of phones throughout the recycling process. This means that clients receive payments within seven days of receipt, and that there is flexibility to add in a range of payment options.
The system offers a number of additional benefits:
